We are open 51 weeks a year. We are open Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm.
We are closed on public holidays and weekends.
We provide everything for your child’s needs. Our service is unique. We understand that children are unique individuals and they learn through their head, heart and hands. We will support their journey in the big world by providing pathways to all necessary skills. We will cater for their individual needs to ensure that they thrive in our care. Our high quality, interest based education focuses on imagination, creativity and experimental education to allow children to build their social, emotional and physical wellbeing which will then lead to quality language and cognitive development.

Our fees are set per day and you pay the gap fees after calculating your CCS. This cost will vary for each family and depends on the age of your child, number of days in child care and your CCS entitlement. Please contacting us to discuss the daily fees.

Yes, we provide 5 meals a day including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack. The children have access to fruits throughout the day. We provide milk with their morning and afternoon tea as well. Our menus are designed to suit all children and their dietary requirements, which is prepared by nutritionists and dieticians. Our menu is also halal, nut free and egg free.
Yes, our open door policy will allow you to come and visit the children at any time of the day. Our stay and play roster for parents also allows parents to book a time to come join us in our sessions and take part in our activities with the children.
We encourage breast feeding for children. We have a breast-feeding facility at our service. You are welcome to attend the service to breast feed while your child is in our care. Alternatively, you can also express and provide us in a bottle and we will provide it to your child according to their needs.
We understand the importance of care and wellbeing of all children. Our priority is the health and safety of all children, educators, and visitors.
We recognize that all concerns are to be handled promptly and appropriately. If you voice your concern, we will take it seriously and we will respond to it promptly.
We will always maintain privacy and confidentiality.
We will discuss feedback and solution of the issue personally with you to ensure that you are happy with our service and action that we take.

The Educators
We provide high quality ratio at all times and follow the NSW regulatory requirement for ratios as per the following:
- 0-2 years – 1:4 (1 educator to 4 children)
- 2-3 years- 1:5
- 3-5 years- 1:10
Additionally, we also have additional support educators, who provide care to children throughout the day to enhance our Inclusive Practice and support our educators, especially during the busy time of the day.
All our educators are highly qualified. Diploma qualified educators lead our rooms. Certificate 3 qualified educators assist in the room. Our team is led by an Early childhood Teacher, who has over 16 years working experience in the childcare industry and has worked as a leader for over 10 years. All educators are CPR, first aid and Asthma anaphylaxis qualified. They all have current working with children’s check.
Our educators communicate with families via the STORYPARK App. The routine and children’s day will be published online for families to see how their children are doing throughout the day. The educators also communicate with families at their pick up and drop off time.
Education and Learning
Our Curriculum is created using the Early Years Learning Framework and Steiner’s theory that children learn through their heart, head and hand. Our curriculum takes a holistic approach to learning. We also provide unique school readiness program for children to transition to primary school.
Yes. We provide soccer programs, dance and Movements and Physical wellbeing programs for all children. Additionally, we also organize educational incursions and excursions for children throughout the year.
Our service is inclusive. We promote children’s culture and diversity and celebrate them as a part of our curriculum. The Service also offers support for children with additional needs. Our staff are trained to care for children with additional needs. We also work with external inclusion agency and professionals to support children and make them feel included in everything that we do.
