Why Creative Nook
Creative Nook Early Learning Centre is passionately committed to providing your family with the highest quality childcare and pre-school program. It is our aim that children will learn through creativity, imagination and will be inspired to explore the world with self-confidence and positive learning attitudes.
Two separate playgrounds
Our 3-6 years playground is specifically built for the children to engage in active play, where they can confidently explore the space with their friends and educators.
Our 0-2 children have their own playground, where they can explore their environment confidently and learn new skills safely. Children can engage in sandpit play, sensory play and enjoy edible gardens while also learning to develop their gross motor skills like climbing, jumping and sliding in safe manner.
In house support for Children's health and wellbeing
We work in collaboration with our local speech therapist to support children with speech delays. We also provide annual dental check-ups for children aged 2 to 6 years old. We support our families by providing educational workshops on children’s healthy eating habits, behavioral management and school readiness program.
University qualified teachers
We have an experienced Early Childhood Teacher, with experience in Primary school teaching always available to support our educators in developing the highest quality educational and school readiness program for your children. The educators are all qualified, and take part in ongoing training to provide the best hands on experiences for children to develop love for learning
Personalised and nurturing care
We have 3 separate classrooms to cater for the needs of each age group. This allows the children to thrive, feel safe and supported in their own room with their own age group of children. The smaller grouping allows our educators to provide personalised and nurturing care for all children.
Excursions and Incursions
We have excursions and incursions planned monthly. They provide children with an opportunity to know their community. This also provides opportunities for families to engage in their children’s learning. Our excursions and incursions are organised carefully to ensure that all children enjoy and learn more about the world they live in
Extra curricular activities
We provide extra curricular activities to children so that families can enjoy quality time on weekends doing something as a family. Extra curricular activities supports children’s social, emotional and physical wellbeing. It also allows them to find their new passion and interests
Gourmet meals
Creative Nook has Partnered with Kids Gourmet Food (KGF) to provide yummy, nutritional meals for all children. Our Menu includes Breakfast, Morning tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Late snacks. We promote positive eating habits through our mealtimes. We also cater to individual dietary requirements.
Sustainable living
Our philosophy promotes sustainable living in our community. We teach this to children and our families through a variety of programs. We encourage composting by inviting the broader community to share their waste with us through Share Waste. We take plastics and bread bags form our broader community and in return we support a local community pantry with much needed funds.
